Laffin' School Reunion
Author(s):
Keith Jackson
They're back! Those hysterically dumb kids we met in the enormously popular LAFFIN' SCHOOL. And you're invited to the reunion! In this hilarious sequel, Mr. Scrubneedle, principal of the Little Red Schoolhouse, tells their teacher, Miss Quackenbush, that she will be evaluated by the Department of Education. Poor Miss Quackenabush is frantic because her pupils, although nice kids, give a whole new meaning to the word "dunce!" These students are comically-challenged (Class, what is pigskin good for?" "For holding the pig together, Miss Quackenbush.") though they keep tossing out the jokes, howlers, groaners, chuckles, giggles, belly laughs. It's a wonder our ever-patient teacher gets the coveted splendid evaluation! How'd she do it? If you want to find out, visit this reunion and laugh yourself silly. Simple to stage. As with the original, the roles can be portrayed by pre-teens, teenagers, adults, or any combination. Adapts to any special casting needs. (The original Laffin' School is available as both a musical and a non-musical.)
